Welcome to Booxy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Booxy's website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• "Service Provider" refers to salons, spas, and beauty professionals offering services through Booxy.
• "Booking" refers to an appointment made through our platform.
• "Platform" refers to Booxy's website and mobile applications.
• "Content" refers to all information, data, text, images, and other materials posted on the Platform.

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

4.1 Making Bookings

When you make a booking through Booxy, you enter into a contract directly with the Service Provider. Booxy acts as a platform to facilitate bookings but is not a party to the transaction.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are set by Service Providers and are displayed in Qatari Riyals (QAR). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price shown at the time of booking is the price you will be charged.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and other payment options. Payment information is processed securely through our payment partners.

4.4 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies are set by individual Service Providers. Please review the specific cancellation policy before making a booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges.

4.5 Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the Service Provider's cancellation policy and the timing of your cancellation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Services without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or Service Providers
• Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content without authorization
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Collect or store personal data of other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6.1 Listing Services

Service Providers must provide accurate information about their services, pricing, availability, and qualifications. All services must comply with local laws and regulations.

6.2 Service Quality

Service Providers are solely responsible for the quality and delivery of their services. Booxy does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered.

6.3 Commission Fees

Service Providers agree to pay Booxy a commission fee on each booking as outlined in their separate Service Provider Agreement.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Booxy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By posting content on our Platform, you grant Booxy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with our Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Booxy in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Booxy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your use of the Services
• Your content posted on the Platform

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar.

11.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Doha, Qatar, except where prohibited by law.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or collective proceeding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating fake accounts or providing false information
• Booking appointments with no intention of showing up
• Posting fake reviews or manipulating ratings
• Using the Platform for illegal activities
• Scraping or collecting data from the Platform
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access source code
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Circumventing security features

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email to registered users.

Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
